Weight pocket/bag used to attached to black plate type BCs. The vertical  pockets have removal bags that hold 5 or 6 lbs of soft weights per assembly. 

The Horizontal Pockets Hold 10 or 11 LBs per Side  and while they are easier to ditch they take up more room on the waist band of the BC.
